Bangers 'n Bling
at Ludlow Jewellers
for Sausage Trail
|
A Ludlow jeweller devised an ingenious way to celebrate the famous Sausage Trail - with the world's first jewellery homage to the humble sausage.
The Ludlow Sausage charm bracelet created by CW Sellors Fine Jewellery is already a sizzling success with local shoppers and visitors to the town. The charm, which is created in a choice of silver or 9ct gold, is a miniature replica of a string of sausages inscribed with the words; 'I love sausages - Ludlow Sausage Trail'.
The charm is the brainchild of CW Sellors owner Chris Sellors and is made to fit all popular makes of charm bracelets for sausage lovers or anyone wanting a lasting reminder of their visit to the town during this hugely successful event.
CW Sellors manager Diane Yates comments: 'The Food Festival and the Sausage Trail are such monumental events here in Ludlow that we were really keen to create our own tribute for foodies and general visitors alike. Charms and charm bracelets are the hottest trend in jewellery at the moment with a widely varied choice of designs but we believe this is the world's first one ever to be based on a sausage and we've already had a great response from shoppers.'
The Ludlow Sausage Charm is priced at £28 in silver or £235 in 9ct gold and can be purchased from the CW Sellors boutique at 1 The Bull Ring in the centre of Ludlow in the run up to and throughout the duration of the Food Festival.
